Melody Aquilino
Founder - Registered Nurse, MSN, MBA
Melody Aquilino, Founder of Restorativ Health & Beauty and Registered Nurse began her passion for nursing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She obtained her nursing degree from Thomas Jefferson University in 2009 and went on to further her education and receiving her MSN in Executive Leadership and her Master’s in Business Administration.
She began her career in critical care working in Heart Failure & Transplant, Oncology, and Intensive Care. She then was a travel nurse for a couple of years before settling down to raise her family and work in the corporate world. Which is where she realized her true passion to take care of people was in helping people feel and look their best. She has studied and trained under world-renowned trainers and is also an Integrative Health Practitioner.
Miranda Rhoads
Registered Nurse Injector
Miranda, a highly skilled registered nurse with an Emergency Room background in nursing, joins the Restorativ Health & Beauty team in 2024. Her passion for people shines through in every interaction and she loves focusing on both physical well-being and self-confidence. Miranda excels in educating patients about procedures and products, empowering them to make informed decisions and actively engage in their own self-care journey. Her commitment ensures exceptional care and a supportive experience for every patient.
Annie Crosby
Medical Esthetician
Annie has been a licensed esthetician since 2023. After high school, she briefly studied fashion merchandising and marketing at Kent State University. However, she realized her passion was helping others feel confident and beautiful in their skin. She received her esthetics training at Brown Aveda Institute and DeRielle Cosmetology Academy. Annie began her career at the Spa at the Hotel Hershey and has always loved skincare growing up with a mother in the industry. She loves discovering new techniques and gaining new skills to provide the best results for her clients. Annie understands that not only is skincare important for the health of your skin but also your mental health. As self-care is crucial to overall health and wellness. Her goal is to help every client become and feel like the best version of themselves. Her favorite services to offer are relaxing facials, dermaplaning, and SkinWave hydration treatments. When she is not at work Annie loves to spend time with her friends, weightlifting, and shopping. Annie loves helping others achieve their skin goals.
Kelly Kaiser
Permanent Makeup & Paramedical Tattoo Artist
Kelly is a hairstylist and Permanent Makeup Artist. She is certified in both Permanent Makeup and Paramedical Tattooing. Kelly is excellent at knowing exactly how to accomplish your exciting new look. She will keep you in touch with who you are while creating your ideal style! Kelly shares time between Restorativ, her horses and dogs Pippa and Q.
